At Rooted Pigment, every piece is packed with care to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully — just as it left the studio. Because each artwork is unique and often made to order, shipping times may vary slightly depending on the piece.
Processing Time

Original artwork ships within 5–10 business days after your order is placed.

Prints, ornaments, and small works typically ship within 3–5 business days.

Custom or commission pieces may require additional processing time; estimated timelines will be shared before purchase.
If you need a piece by a specific date, please reach out before ordering — we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
Packaging
Each item is carefully wrapped and protected using sustainable or recyclable materials whenever possible. Paintings are shipped flat or crated depending on size and medium, ensuring they arrive ready to display.

Local Pickup (Optional)
If you’re located near Powell, Ohio or Marysville, Ohio, you may choose local pickup at checkout. You’ll receive an email when your order is ready, and we’ll schedule a convenient pickup time.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and artwork. We’ll work with you to replace or repair the item whenever possible.
